This is a Smart Car. Endemic in Europe, they really make sense as urban transport. They've got a 60 hp gas engine, and are working a biodiesel too.

Are planning to import them into the US.

Already being imported into Canada, but they're doomed to a small market niche as the wide open spaces, cheap gas( by European standards ) and the North American "
bigger is better " idealism will doom them to the "Honda Insight" cadre of drivers.

A video of a Smart car with it's passenger seat pulled out and a 170 HP motorcycle engine installed in the vacant space?!?!
