There's a guy who posts on Pashnit.com, pointed me recently to his crash video, hosted by...surprise surprise, Youtube. Looks to me like he just went in to that corner too hot on the wrong line, but if he says it was a bug, o.k... some NSFW language, appropriate given the circumstances, but there it is.
