The Sea Phantom. Uses hydrodynamic lifting body (think modified hydrofoil) tech with an attitude-sampling computer to provide stable lift, allowing this thing to skim at high speeds above the water safely.
This is the prototype, Currently being sea-trialled.
I like the design, but it might clash with your dockside neighbor's classic yacht. Oh well. Seems still a blue-sky thing by reading their overly optimistic, full of future plans site that's interestingly devoid of much concrete data.
