This is a Sachs " Madass ". Popular in Europe, it's cooler than a scooter, more stable due to bigger wheels, and has infinitely more credibility as a "real" bike. Comes in 50cc and 125cc versions. Sachs is known here for it's bicycle component line, rivalling the giant Shimano in quality and popularity. They make real motorcycles, too, several models powered by Suzuki engines are available, but are pricey and odd looking, so not so popular.

I think the madass would be a hit here. Good inner city commuter, great beginner bike, easy on fuel, I see a market opportunity.
