The drink you see to your left is a highball named the Moscow Mule. It contains 2 measures of Vodka, 2 measures of lime juice, and is topped off with ginger ale. Refreshing? Yes. But it works out to only about 22% alcohol.

Better? I make it as a cocktail, using 2 measures vodka, juice of 2 limes. Shake in a shaker, then fill Martini glasses just past halfway. Top up with the strongest ginger "beer" (relax, its soda) you can find.
