Here's a video....


This is me, playing through the twistiness that is Mercer Island near Seattle. It's a high-end residential neighborhood, so you have to be aware a greyhair in a Lexus'll probably pull out in front of you unannounced, and you have to pick the time you ride, too, to ensure you're not trapped behind an endless line of aforementioned greyhairs driving at funeral procession pace.

Also, it's becoming known ( Was that Meee? ) as a nice twisty road close to Seattle proper, so there's increased police presence there most days now. Fortunately, they're creatures of habit and tend to maintain a watch at the same few spots.

This vid's from last fall, before an errant Subaru driver made me late for work by "not seeing" me, totalling my bike.
