I don't know if I agree with you. I agree the wet track played apart in the outcome, however I do not think it would make up 3.41 seconds. I will also give you the type of bike. I noticed that it was a 1098S and not the 1098R. If you are going to compare a race car to a bike, it should probably be a race bike.
However, Top Gear played with one of those Skylines last week and was the 4th fastest car around there track. The Skyline was designed to be a cornering car, so there is a good chance that with all the computers and gagdets running that car, it would be faster in the corners.
